My mission is to help women improve their mental health using an evidence based psychological intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

 

As a CBT practitioner, I guide you in identifying and challenging unhealthy thought patterns that negatively influence your behaviors, while providing techniques that improve emotional regulation. In return, you will begin to break unhealthy habits as well as create new ones that fully align with who you want to be, without those mental barriers holding you back.
